Submitting an estimate or contact form is a request for Rainier Ridge to contact you. It is not an offer, acceptance, confirmed appointment, final estimate, or binding contract.

Rainier Ridge may accept or decline a request based on factors including:

Scheduling availability
Weather conditions

Whether the project falls within our current service area

We do not guarantee that every request will receive an appointment, estimate, or offer to perform work.

5. Free Estimates

When advertised, free estimates are subject to availability, service-area limitations, and the nature of the requested work.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, an initial estimate may be based on visible conditions and information available at the time of inspection. It may not account for concealed damage, structural problems, code issues, water intrusion, deteriorated decking, hazardous materials, or other conditions that cannot reasonably be identified before work begins.

Any final scope, price, exclusions, and assumptions will be stated in the applicable written estimate or customer agreement.

6. No Guarantee From Website Information

Website descriptions, photographs, articles, roofing tips, examples, and other content are provided for general informational purposes.

Website content is not a substitute for an on-site inspection or advice from a qualified roofing, structural, engineering, insurance, legal, or other professional.

Every property and roofing system is different. Results may vary based on factors including:

A roofing project’s final price and scope will be determined by the written agreement applicable to that project.

8. Warranties

References on the website to warranties or warranties being available do not independently create a warranty.

Any applicable workmanship warranty will be described in the customer’s written agreement. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s separate terms, exclusions, registration requirements, maintenance requirements, and claims procedures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Customer Communications

When you submit an estimate request or otherwise contact Rainier Ridge, you authorize us to respond using the contact information you provide. Responses may be made by telephone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry, estimate, appointment, or roofing project.

Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, authorize recurring automated marketing text messages. Where legally required, consent for promotional or automated communications will be requested separately.

Message and data rates may apply to text communications.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
